Residential dumpster rental for cleanouts, moves and remodels
One flat price for a 15, 20 or 30 yard roll-off, dropped where you tell us on the driveway. Delivery, pickup and the disposal tonnage are already in the number you see below.
- Boards under the rails, driveway protected
- Rear door, walk furniture and boxes straight in
- Same-day windows most weekdays
Pick the size that matches the job, not the other way around
A garage cleanout and a kitchen gut are not the same job, and they should not rent the same dumpster. Our 15 yard runs ≈16 ft by 7.5 ft by 4.5 ft, about 4 to 5 pickup truck loads, and covers a garage, a basement, or one room worth of remodel debris. The 20 yard, our most-booked size, adds another 6 ft of length and handles a full moving purge, an estate cleanout, or a kitchen remodel where cabinets and flooring are both coming out. The 30 yard is built for volume: additions, major renovations, or a house you are emptying room by room. Dimensions are industry-standard approximates, since trailers vary slightly truck to truck.
If you are stuck between two sizes, go up one. The price difference between a 15 and a 20 is smaller than the cost of a second delivery when the first bin fills before the job is done.
Residential rates, nothing added at pickup

We treat your driveway like it is ours
The driver sets boards under the rails before the container touches concrete or asphalt, then rolls it off slowly instead of dropping it. Tell us exactly where you want it when you book, driveway, curb lawn strip, or side yard, and mark the spot with cones or chalk if you will not be home. If the driveway slopes or is narrow, mention it on the call so the driver plans the approach.
- Furniture, cabinets, drywall and flooring: all fine
- Yard waste, brush and sod: fine, no bagging needed
- Mattresses and freon appliances: allowed, small per-item fee
- Paint, chemicals, tires, propane tanks: not allowed, call us and we will point you to the right disposal option

Residential dumpster questions
Is it safe to have kids or pets around the dumpster?
Keep them out of it and off the rails. Roll-offs have no lid and a hinged rear door that swings open, and the steel edge is sharper than it looks. Most homeowners park the bin off to the side of the driveway or yard, away from where kids play, and treat it like a tool, not a play structure.
How full can I load the dumpster?
Fill it level with the top rail. Once debris is mounded above the sides, our driver cannot legally haul it down the road, and a tarp will not stay put. If you are close to the line, call us. We would rather talk through a second container than have a load turned away at pickup.
Can yard waste go in the dumpster?
Yes. Branches, sod, brush and leaves are fine and do not need to be bagged. Keep in mind wet yard debris is heavy for its size, so a truckload of soaked leaves can eat into your tonnage faster than the same volume of drywall or lumber.
What size do I need for a whole-house cleanout or move?
Most whole-home cleanouts and moving purges land on our 20 yard, the most-booked size. A single room or garage usually fits in a 15. If you are clearing an estate or doing a full gut remodel, step up to the 30. Call and describe the rooms, we will size it in a minute.
Do old appliances or mattresses cost extra?
They can go in, but mattresses, tires, and appliances that still hold freon carry a small per-item disposal fee at the facility, separate from your flat rental rate. Furniture, cabinets and regular household junk do not. Ask when you book if you have a specific item in mind.
