Size guide

What size dumpster do you need?

We run three sizes: 15, 20 and 30 yard roll-offs, plus a heavy-duty container for concrete and dirt. Every size is a flat rate with delivery, pickup and a tonnage allowance built in. Below is the honest breakdown of what each one holds, so you book the right one the first time instead of paying for a swap halfway through the job.

We deliver across Southeast Michigan out of our Dearborn yard. Close-in cities like Dearborn, Dearborn Heights and Allen Park usually get a same-day or next-day window. We also cover the rest of Wayne, Oakland, Macomb and Washtenaw counties. If you are between two sizes on the fence, call, it takes about a minute on the phone to size a job correctly.

The delivery is the same no matter which one you pick

  • Boards go under the rails before the driver rolls it off, so your driveway is protected
  • Every size has a hinged rear door for walk-in loading, no lifting over the side
  • None of them have a lid. Tarp your load if rain or light debris is a concern
  • You do not need to be home. Mark the spot and we place it there

Match your project to a size

Most calls we get start with “I don’t know what size I need.” Here is the quick version. If your job spans two rows, go with the bigger size, the price gap is smaller than paying for a second haul.

Straight answer

No, we don’t carry a 10 yard dumpster

A lot of people search for a 10 yard in Dearborn. We keep our fleet to three sizes: 15, 20 and 30 yard. The 15 yard is our starter container at $345 flat, and it gives you half again the room of a 10 yard for a price close to what most companies charge for that smaller size. There is no reason to shrink the box and keep the same price.

If what you are hauling is concrete, brick, dirt or asphalt, none of our three sizes is the cheap way to do it anyway. Heavy material fills the weight allowance long before it fills the box. Use the concrete and heavy-debris container instead: $499 flat for 3 days with 10 tons included.

FAQs

Sizing questions, answered

What size dumpster do I need?

A 15 yard handles a garage cleanout or one-room remodel. A 20 yard fits a whole-home cleanout or roof tear-off, and it is our most-booked size. A 30 yard is for construction and demolition volume. If you are between sizes, go up one: the price gap is smaller than a second haul.

Do you have 10 yard dumpsters?

No, we run 15, 20 and 30 yard containers. For small jobs the 15 yard is our starter size at $345 all-in, which is close to what most companies charge for a 10 while giving you half again the space. For heavy material like concrete, ask about the heavy-debris container instead.

Which size dumpster is the most booked?

The 20 yard. It is the sweet spot for whole-house cleanouts, kitchen remodels and roof tear-offs up to about 25 squares, and it runs $395 flat with 3 tons included. If your job is smaller than a full remodel, the 15 yard at $345 usually covers it.

Can two smaller dumpsters replace one 30 yard?

You can, but you pay for two deliveries and two pickups instead of one. A 30 yard runs $475 flat with 4 tons included, which almost always beats booking a 15 or 20 yard twice for the same pile of debris.
